As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions
- Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HAM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist)
