Sr. Knowledge Management & Learning Partner

About This Role

This role is responsible for building and designing centralized training and learning assets, owning the information architecture for critical business functions, and ensuring the right learning experience is delivered at the right time. The goal is to eliminate content chaos and establish a Single Source of Truth for field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge and associated resources for assigned centralized core Sunrun functions, designing, managing, and refining core learning assets
• Build centralized learning resources, including knowledge articles, slide decks, and learning modules to maintain a company-wide "Single Source of Truth"
• Ensure resources are clear, accurate, and standardized
• Consult directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders, consulting on problems and goals first, then designing solutions

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement
• Proven track record of creating, auditing, and maintaining a "Single Source of Truth"
• Experience consulting directly with business leaders to translate goals/problems into actionable learning strategies
• Ability to take "technical jargon" and turn it into clear, punchy, and easy-to-follow information or instruction
• Understand how to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute on and partner with the business to ensure information clarity through change
• Proven ability to thrive in a "lean team" environment, prioritizing high-impact work without needing constant oversight
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, or Operations Enablement

Nice to Have

• Skilled in using mapping tools such as Lucidchart and Asana
• Experience using knowledge management and instructional design tools, such as Articulate
• Experience working with Salesforce
