Join the Sunrun Street Team as a Solar Sales Representative to connect homeowners with clean energy solutions. This role offers high earning potential through uncapped commission and flexible scheduling in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in a residential area, owning your territory
- Connect with homeowners through door-knocking, networking, and referral follow-ups
- Monitor sales activities and achieve performance goals
- Present solar solutions, explain financing, and guide customers through the sales process
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and energy independence
- Attend weekly training meetings to enhance skills and career advancement
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License
Nice to Have
- Experience in direct or commission-based sales
