Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales in a residential area, owning your territory
• Connect with homeowners through door-knocking, networking, and referral follow-ups
• Monitor sales activities and achieve performance goals
• Present solar solutions, explain financing, and guide customers through the sales process
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and energy independence
• Attend weekly training meetings to enhance skills and career advancement

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License
