The Senior Business Operations Analyst leads financial analysis of existing contracts, provides complex modeling, and develops strategic business acumen within the retail education sector. This role drives financial results, forecasting, strategic planning, and operational planning processes, partnering with operations and finance leadership on critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reports and business analyses to support ongoing enhancements
- Support overall forecast, strategic plan, and operating plan development, providing insights into key business drivers and identifying risks and opportunities
- Partner with Regional Managers (RM's) and Group Vice Presidents (GVP's) to develop specific store-level strategies to meet organizational goals
- Perform financial modeling to support existing business initiatives/opportunities for better decision-making and improved overall performance
- Perform data mining and other research to identify trends and relationships that drive results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years of equivalent work experience
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience with financial reporting systems
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years of equivalent work experience
