About This Role

Provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21) as a Speech Language Pathologist, working within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21)
  • Work within the scope of practice as defined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers
  • Demonstrate competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidenced based practices
  • Receive clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
  • Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
  • Excellent command of the English Language
