About This Role

This specialized contract opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year, based in Ludlow, MA. The role focuses on delivering personalized, supportive education to high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other learning differences in a unique program.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to high school students in a specialized program
• Supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a holistic support environment
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state regulations

Requirements

• Valid SLP credential meeting state requirements

Nice to Have

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings, especially with high school-aged students
• Background knowledge in ASD and learning differences
• Ability to work effectively in a specialized educational program
