Speech-Language Pathologist

About This Role

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide services to preschool through middle school students across multiple educational settings in the Baltimore area. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and collaborating with school teams to support communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with district and state regulations, including documentation and progress reporting
• Supervise and mentor support personnel where applicable

Requirements

• Active Maryland professional licensure
• Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Compliance with Maryland House Bill 486, including background checks and employment history verification

Qualifications

• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred, including preschool through middle school.
