Speech Language Pathologist

About This Role

This role is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant to provide speech-language services to K-12 students in an educational setting on a contract basis, supporting their communication needs and educational success.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with PreK and early childhood speech and language evaluations to identify student needs (for SLPs)
• Providing direct speech-language services to students under the supervision of an SLP (for SLPAs)
• Collaborating with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to student success

Requirements

• Valid certification or licensure as an SLP or SLPA in a school setting
• Experience working with children in the PreK-12 age range
• Familiarity with early childhood speech and language evaluations (for SLPs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Ability to commit to 10-15 hours per week from ASAP through May 22nd

• Experience working with children in the PreK-12 age range, preferably within schools
