Support K-12 students in El Cajon, CA as a Speech-Language Pathologist, enhancing communication and learning outcomes through assessments and individualized therapy plans. This contract position involves collaboration with educators and families in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school policies
• Provide consultation and training related to speech and language topics as needed

Requirements

• Valid SLP certification/license suitable for school settings
• Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 grade levels
• Strong knowledge of current speech-language pathology best practices and assessment tools
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
