About This Role

Provide part-time speech-language pathology therapy services to children from birth to 3 years old in their natural settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders while involving and training parents.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children birth to 3 years old
  • Participate in developmental assessments and IFSP planning
  • Travel to clients' natural settings
  • Train parents on strategies to support their child's communication development
  • Perform extensive documentation

Requirements

  • Master's in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Ability to travel
  • Self-directed work ethic

Qualifications

  • Master's in Speech Language Pathology

Nice to Have

  • Prior pediatric experience
