Treatment Center Therapist

About This Role

This role involves providing comprehensive therapy for adolescents and young adults with various mental health challenges, documenting clinical interactions, conducting interviews, and assisting with aftercare planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of clinical interactions and observations.
• Conduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing vital information with the team.
• Build rapport throughout a 28-35 day mental wellness program.
• Assist with aftercare and discharge planning while collaborating with families and clinical colleagues.

Requirements

• Prior clinical experience
• Relevant master’s degree or enrollment in a doctorate program
• Licensure or eligibility to transfer licensure in counseling, social work, or psychology
