Join a dedicated team as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) delivering residential mental health treatment to adolescents and young adults. This role involves conducting psychiatric assessments, managing medication plans, and providing crisis stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
• Develop individualized treatment and medication plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychiatric medications
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate residents and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis stabilization
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EHR system

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• PMHNP certification
• Active NH Nurse Practitioner License
• DEA (or in process)
• 2+ years of psychiatric experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• 2+ years of psychiatric experience, preferably with youth
