About This Role

Provide exceptional speech therapy care to patients in various settings, assisting in personalized treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional Speech therapy care to patients across various settings
Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

Requirements

Active or obtainable Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of California
