The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and provides culturally responsive care to children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure culturally responsive, inclusive care
- Conduct evaluations
- Create educational materials
