About This Role

Maximize Clinique brand sales by engaging guests, providing personalized service, performing product demonstrations, and maintaining store standards. Support sales performance, guest loyalty, and operational efficiency within Ulta Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active customer list for Clinique
• Inform all guests of current promotions, events, and services
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services and communicate knowledge to guests
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and share benefits of the guest loyalty program
• Participate in ongoing training for continuous professional development

• Aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
