About This Role

Maximize sales for the MAC brand at Ulta Beauty by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards. Provide professional makeup artistry skills and exceptional guest service while representing the image and culture of both brands.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service for guests
• Conduct personalized, professional makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons
• Study and practice Skill Certification requirements
• Inform guests about promotions and marketing initiatives
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experience
• Stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services
• Maintain an active clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales
• Serve as an Ulta Beauty and MAC brand ambassador

• Exceptional guest service skills
• Aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred
