About This Role

This role primarily focuses on providing elevated leadership within Spa Montage, serving as a gracious front‑of‑house ambassador and a refined operational leader. The Spa Treatment Supervisor will represent spa leadership, oversee the spa treatment team, and ensure flawless execution of spa services.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, upholding Montage standards and representing spa leadership
• Lead the spa treatment team, overseeing planning, communication, and execution of services
• Serve as primary onsite spa leader and decision maker during assigned shifts
• Guide spa and retail teams, ensuring service consistency and operational integrity
• Manage spa treatment team including scheduling, product ordering, and communication
• Partner with internal departments to craft bespoke services
• Deliver warm, anticipatory guest service through all stages of their visit
• Oversee daily spa and retail operations, ensuring spaces reflect impeccable standards
• Assist in training and coaching associates in luxury service excellence and product knowledge
• Manage vendor communication, ordering, troubleshooting, and monthly reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a comparable spa or luxury hospitality environment
• Demonstrated expertise in refined, day-to-day spa operations
• Fully flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computational ability
• Professional polish
• Impeccable punctuality and time management
• Uncompromising professionalism and integrity
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a comparable spa or luxury hospitality environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment (4 or 5-star rating by Forbes)
• Formal education or degree in Hospitality or trade school relating to spa services
