About This Role

The Spa Associate role is a critical link in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for members and guests at the Hand and Stone spa in Daytona Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
  • Basic accounting principles
  • Membership, service and gift card sales experience
  • Excellent personal appearance
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Ability to multitask with ease
