The Sous Chef will assist the Director with all facets of the culinary operation at a private upscale community, overseeing staff, managing schedules, and handling inventories.

- Assist the Director with all facets of the culinary operation
- Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen
- Set high standards for self and staff
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong presence in the kitchen
- Ability to make sound independent decisions
- Highly organized
- Willingness to adjust to varying schedules and be hands on
- Strong knowledge of service, food, and wine
- Prior management experience
