Sourcing Manager

About This Role

Lead sourcing efforts across North America, focusing on developing a robust network of suppliers for custom packaging and branded products while ensuring quality and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard US suppliers, balancing the mix and ensuring quality standards
• Negotiate commercial terms and maintain supplier relationships
• Oversee sourcing projects, coordinate sample processes, and update stakeholders
• Collaborate with planning and internal teams on order coordination and insights
• Implement and improve sourcing processes and tools to ensure transparency

Requirements

• 5+ years in sourcing or procurement
• Strong understanding of US manufacturing and supplier networks
• Proven success managing suppliers for low-MOQ, fast-turn production
• Skilled in negotiation and performance management
• Effective communicator and collaborator across teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing or procurement (custom packaging or light manufacturing preferred)
