As a Sourcing and Procurement Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will advise clients on Supply Chain and Operations strategy, implementing next-generation solutions and transforming their Sourcing & Procurement functions into strategic business partners. Your role involves managing solution delivery, applying deep analytical skills, and working with advanced eProcurement technologies to drive business transformations and maximize value in the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Manage solution delivery through process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, establishing performance metrics, and knowledge management
- Apply deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills, including optimization methods and financial computations
- Work with advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
- Stay up to date on industry trends and leading-edge practices
- Lead teams
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights and robust sourcing strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to client executives
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with key client stakeholders
- Act as sourcing subject matter expert with deep understanding of category cost drivers and market intelligence
- Work with clients and suppliers to identify continuous cost improvement opportunities
- Develop advanced analytics and/or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance
Requirements
- 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Sourcing and Procurement experience from strategy through implementation
- Team lead experience
- Experience with Spend analytics, RFx and Strategic Sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier management
- Project management experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
