Sourcing and Procurement Senior Consultant

About This Role

The Sourcing and Procurement Senior Consultant will manage solution delivery, apply analytical skills, and work with eProcurement technologies to transform clients' strategic sourcing and procurement functions. This role involves advising clients on Supply Chain and Operations strategy and implementing next-generation solutions to maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Manage solution delivery including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment.
• Apply deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Work with advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools.
• Stay current on industry trends and leading-edge practices.
• Lead teams and synthesize findings into actionable insights and robust sourcing strategies.
• Develop complex total cost of ownership models and present findings to client executives.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as a sourcing subject matter expert and assess large datasets to generate insights and improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Sourcing and Procurement experience from strategy through implementation
• Team lead experience
• Experience with Spend analytics, RFx and Strategic Sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier management
• Project management experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
