Sourcing and Procurement Senior Consultant

About This Role

The Sourcing and Procurement Senior Consultant will lead the delivery of strategic sourcing and procurement solutions for clients. This role involves managing solution implementation, applying analytical skills, and utilizing eProcurement technologies to drive business transformations and maximize value in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage solution delivery through process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, and establishing performance metrics.
• Apply deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills, including optimization methods and financial computations.
• Work with advanced eProcurement technology solutions and tools such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Advise clients on Supply Chain and Operations strategy and implement next-generation solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and leading-edge practices.
• Lead teams and synthesize findings into actionable insights and robust sourcing strategies.
• Develop complex total cost of ownership models and present findings and recommendations to client executives.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as sourcing subject matter expert and show a deep understanding of category cost drivers and market intelligence.
• Work with clients and suppliers to identify continuous cost improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Sourcing and Procurement experience from strategy through implementation
• Team lead experience
• Experience with Spend analytics, RFx and Strategic Sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management and vendor/supplier management
• Project management experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience with Sourcing and Procurement experience from strategy through implementation.
