As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will implement and optimize HRSD solutions with a focus on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow and the HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality, outcome-focused solutions. This role requires technical leadership, engineering craftsmanship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver valuable outcomes for Deloitte's business investments.
Responsibilities
- Embrace and drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes, developing solutions that solve complex HR problems with valuable outcomes
- Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with business goals, NFRs, and engineering standards
- Responsible for solution architecture blueprints, high-level architecture designs, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack
- Act as an individual contributor responsible for engineering designs and technical feasibility, being hands-on with design and configuration
- Actively engage with engineers, reviewing implementations, driving technology debt reduction, and helping drive engineering quality
- Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs
- Collaborate with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security
- Optimize solutioning and product delivery using modern software engineering practices, OOD/OOP, Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD
- Acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or implemented ServiceNow modules and translate business/user needs into technical requirements
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly, inspiring and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD module
- Expert knowledge in HR processes and best practices
- Expert knowledge in designing HRSD workflows, case management, and employee service centers
- Expert knowledge in integration techniques and tools (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO)
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Data Replication, Data Lake for ServiceNow using ETL tools
- Proficiency in data modeling/migration/integration, data privacy and security regulations, CSDM, SQL stored procedures/indexing, performance analytics, and designing dashboards/reports
- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning in ServiceNow, troubleshooting bottlenecks, RCA for performance issues, and using Health Scan Data/Instance Observer
- Deep understanding of OOD/OOP, Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in implementing and optimizing the HRSD module.

- Advanced degree (MS)
- Experience with cloud-native engineering (FaaS/PaaS/micro-services) on Azure, AWS, and GCP
- 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI
- Deep understanding of methodologies & tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube
