As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, focusing on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. You will leverage your extensive experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module to design, configure, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet client needs and drive value for Deloitte's business investments. This role involves technical leadership, engineering craftsmanship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Embrace and drive a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes, developing solutions that solve complex HR problems with valuable outcomes.
- Serve as the technical advocate for ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals, NFRs, and applicable standards.
- Be responsible for solution architecture blueprints, high-level architecture designs, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack.
- Be an individual contributor responsible for engineering designs and technical feasibility, being hands-on with design and configuration part of the time.
- Actively engage with engineers to ensure architecture is understood and can be implemented, working closely during sprints and helping resolve technical issues.
- Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs and engage with customers and product teams to deliver the right architectural solution.
- Work collaboratively with empowered, cross-functional teams including product management, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD implementation, from conceptualization and design to implementation and scaling, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
- Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or implemented ServiceNow modules and translate business/user needs into technical designs.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly, and inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD module
- Expert knowledge in HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in data modeling/migration/integration
- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning in ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline
- ServiceNow Certification Implementation Specialist - HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (e.g., MS) preferred.
- 10+ years proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in implementing and optimizing the HRSD module.

- Advanced degree (e.g., MS)
- Experience with cloud-native engineering (FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI
