Software Sales Specialist

About This Role

Serve as a Software Sales Specialist to expand Odoo's customer base and market presence by connecting businesses with Odoo’s all-in-one suite of integrated applications. This role involves understanding client operations, proposing tailored software solutions, and driving growth in the North American region.

Responsibilities

• Work with other Account Executives to spearhead the growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions
• Manage full sales cycle, from inbound conversion through initial close, and post-sale account management for upselling
• Analyze prospects' business operations and build tailored Odoo implementation packages to demo as a solution engineer
• Sell a diverse SaaS offering to almost any industry in the North American region
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process
• Hit revenue targets (quota carrying role)
• Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress and best practice sharing

Requirements

• Understanding of business operations
• Knowledge landscape of software providers in different verticals
• Demonstrated ability to learn, think on your feet, and communicate effectively
• Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a "hands-on" person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of internship experience
