About This Role

The Software Sales Representative at Odoo is a hybrid role in Buffalo, NY, responsible for expanding Odoo's customer base by connecting businesses with their all-in-one ERP SaaS platform. This technical sales position involves understanding client operations, proposing tailored software solutions, and driving growth across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions alongside other Account Executives
• Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound conversion through initial close, and post-sale account management for upselling
• Act as a solution engineer to analyze prospects' business operations and build tailored Odoo implementation packages for demo
• Sell a diverse SaaS offering to businesses across almost any industry in North America
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process
• Hit revenue targets within this quota-carrying role
• Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress and best practice sharing

Requirements

• 1+ years of internship experience
• Understanding of business operations
• Knowledge of the software provider landscape in different verticals
• Demonstrated ability to learn, think on your feet, and communicate effectively
• Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a "hands-on" person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of internship experience
