About This Role

This role will create high-quality, self-contained prompts and binary evaluation rubrics for client-side web applications to train AI models on real-world UI correctness and interactivity. The software engineer will apply frontend expertise to improve AI performance in client-side development scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations
  • Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks
  • Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection
  • Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness
  • Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency

Requirements

  • Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript
  • Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation
