Social Media Marketing Specialist

About This Role

Manage and expand the company's digital presence across various social media platforms, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
• Design visually appealing posts, stories, and paid advertisements aligned with brand guidelines
• Write clear, engaging captions and social media copy tailored to each platform
• Create and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular performance reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work and campaigns
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content performance
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management
