About This Role

Produce high-quality, engaging short-form video content for multiple healthcare brands focused on autism and behavioral health, specifically targeting parents and caregivers on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Appear on camera to deliver educational, value-driven messaging
• Develop content focused on autism-related topics, ABA therapy education, and parent resources
• Produce content that follows platform best practices for hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content direction and themes
• Adapt content to align with multiple brands while maintaining consistency and credibility

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels formats and trends
• Comfort appearing on camera and communicating clearly and professionally
• Ability to create content consistently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
