SOC Analyst

About This Role

As an experienced SOC Analyst, you will handle security events and alerts, provide rapid responses, and lead advanced threat investigations. You will also develop detection strategies and mentor others to enhance their threat detection capabilities within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle security events/alerts and provide rapid response with an understanding of network infrastructure and security tools
• Lead advanced threat investigations
• Develop detection strategies
• Mentor others on how to enhance their threat detection

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SOC experience
• Experience evaluating vulnerabilities and patch management
• Experience with overall security operations
• Experience with incidence response

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of proven SOC experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with threat hunting
