SOAR & AI Engineer

About This Role

This role will build, implement, and maintain advanced Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to automate security operations for clients. The engineer will design and operationalize automation using internal security data, integrate with existing tools, and measure improvements in security detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and maintain advanced SOAR and AI solutions
• Automate security operations
• Design and operationalize automation using internal security data
• Integrate with existing tools and platforms
• Ensure automation measurably improves detection, response, and investigation across the security lifecycle
• Serve as a hands-on technical lead for delivering automation capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement of automated playbooks, dashboards, and AI-agent workflows
• Partner with cross-functional security teams to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Productionize modern SOAR and AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• 4+ years of experience developing SOAR and/or AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience in security workflow automation and playbook development
• 3+ years of experience integrating cloud and on-premises systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk SOAR capabilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience developing SOAR and/or AI solutions in an enterprise environment; 3+ years experience in security workflow automation and playbook development, integrating cloud and on-premises systems, or hands-on experience with Splunk SOAR capabilities.
