Supervise and ensure the professional operation and administration of uniformed security services at a client's site, including staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance, to maintain profitability and contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training of Allied Universal personnel
- Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met
- Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
- Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance
- Perform other operations and related functions, such as payroll, incident report review, and assisting with security surveys and post orders
- Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for direct reports
- Respond to client requests
- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
- Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding their duties
- Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
Requirements
- 2 years of Security Experience
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass any State-required training or qualifications for licensing
- Ability to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Service in active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; or Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; or Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry; or Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- At least 18 years of age (21 years if armed)
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or Associate's degree or higher
- 2 years of security experience with previous supervisory experience, or 1 year of verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
