Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules for associates
- Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time off requests
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and advancement
Qualifications
- Five years of food service experience preferred
