About This Role

Direct activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are completed and policies are maintained, while fostering a healing environment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates
• Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time off requests
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and advancement

Qualifications

• Five years of food service experience preferred
