About This Role

Supervise operations at Smoke Shack within San Antonio Airport, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to cash handling and loss prevention standards. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept
Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system
Comply with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially regarding potential food allergens
Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public
