Shift Supervisor

About This Role

Lead and coach a team in a restaurant setting, focusing on maximizing sales through excellent customer service and food quality. Oversee daily shift operations, inventory, cleanliness, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
• Oversee the shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly

• Must be at least 21 years old

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 year of experience
