Shift Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring company standards for quality, service, and guest satisfaction are met. This role involves maintaining a clean restaurant, resolving guest issues, and developing team members while focusing on financial results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained
• Handle guest resolution effectively
• Build morale through personal and professional growth and mentor staff
• Ensure all products are made from scratch and served fresh according to recipes and standards
• Create exceptional guest service
• Achieve financial results through systems and standards, focusing on sales, COG, labor, and total operating expenses

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Successful completion of required training and on-the-job checklists and quizzes
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Internally motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to quickly grasp and retain new ideas and concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate to Team Members, Guests, Vendors, etc.
• Superior Guest service, communication and listening skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shift leader shifts per period including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience
• NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications
• Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, alcohol safety, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
