Shift Leader

About This Role

Supervise shifts and work areas in a Papa John's restaurant, ensuring high-quality products and customer service to maintain profitability. Manage operations, execute company policies, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning
• Perform assigned workstation duties such as making quality products and following preparation procedures
• Contribute to achieving the Company’s product goal and meet customer needs and expectations
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the TM handbook, including image, attendance, safety, and security
• Exemplify Core Values, maintain a positive attitude, and work well with others
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback and problem correction
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within standards
• Contribute to profit goals by staying within company guidelines using the FOCUS System
• Execute cash management duties
• Assist in managing adequate inventory levels to minimize loss

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
