Lead shifts to ensure team engagement and guest satisfaction, focusing on maximizing product sales and maintaining strict cleanliness and product quality standards. This role involves coaching team members, performing administrative tasks, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction
- Maximize product sales and manage waste efficiently
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively and delegate tasks during shifts
- Train team members on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotional items
- Perform administrative tasks including bank deposits, inventory, and product orders
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to ensure execution of SOP and quality standards
- Actively develop team members and support their career growth
- Take ownership of decisions as Manager on Duty and remain resilient under pressure
- Seek to create an inclusive and inspiring culture on every shift
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
