Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, collaborate with the General Manager, and manage store opening and closing procedures for a bagel shop.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
- Deliver a great guest experience
- Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open the store with little to no supervision
- Close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as applicable
- Ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
