About This Role

Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, collaborate with the General Manager, and manage store opening and closing procedures for a bagel shop.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Deliver a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members
• Open the store with little to no supervision
• Close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
• Ability to pass background check as applicable
• Ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
