About This Role

Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to manage hardware assets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks
