Equipment Test Technician

About This Role

Join the Quality Assurance department of a leading medical devices and touch screen technology company to support product testing and system verification. This role involves performing various product and system design verification tests on dental electronic and touch screen devices, including compatibility and simulation testing, and documenting results accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and system design verification testing on various dental electronic and touch screen devices
• Perform compatibility testing dental touch screen controllers to include simulation testing
• Conduct qualification activities including running experiments, setting up automated test equipment, and documenting test results
• Record, organize, and report test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and environmental test systems independently and collaboratively with engineering teams

Requirements

• Familiarity with environmental chambers, microscopes, and other test equipment
• Proficiency with PC software applications such as Excel and Word
• Familiarity with Windows OS
• Basic understanding of digital logic circuits, interfaces, and analog electronics principles
• Experience with hardware testing routines, computer system installation, and configuration
• Working knowledge of touch screen technologies and related products
