Business Analyst / Project Manager - CCAR

About This Role

This role involves leading CCAR implementation and regulatory reporting initiatives within the Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management department for a banking client. The Business Analyst/Project Manager will translate Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into technical specifications and manage related projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCAR implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data sourcing, workflows, and regulatory reporting
• Translate Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into clear business and technical specifications
• Partner with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
• Gather and document functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements for CCAR platforms and data pipelines
• Manage multiple CCAR-related projects, owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on CCAR implementation
• Proven track record delivering CCAR programs at large banking institutions
• Deep understanding of capital planning, stress testing cycles, and regulatory governance
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services with a focus on CCAR implementation
