This role involves partnering with clients to transform their technology services and operations, focusing on ServiceNow transformations and creating future-ready operating models. The consultant will deliver next-generation solutions and redefine IT service delivery for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, tech executives, and service owners to create future-ready operating models
- Lead ServiceNow transformations, delivering next-generation solutions
- Be involved in strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities
- Work with the latest technologies and methodologies to develop advanced services
- Help organizations create strategies and implement systems to enhance value and performance
- Guide clients in developing next-generation technology teams using Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
- 1+ full life cycle implementations in ServiceNow
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience and 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
- Experience with XML and SQL
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Module experience: CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2Pay (S2P)
- Experience with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Now Assist)
- Experience with grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and UAT coordination
