About This Role

Join the ServiceNow team to work with clients in transforming their technology services and operations, focusing on NextGen tech and new service models. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to create future-ready operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformations for clients
• Partner with industry leaders to deliver next-generation solutions
• Be involved in strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities
• Work with the latest technologies and methodologies to develop solutions
• Help organizations create strategies and implement systems to enhance value and boost performance
• Collaborate with technology leaders to build IT models suited for new technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
• 1+ full life cycle implementations in ServiceNow
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience, and 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements with 1+ full life cycle implementations in ServiceNow.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
• Experience with XML and SQL
• Advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Module experience: CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2Pay (S2P)
• Experience with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Now Assist)
• Experience with grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and UAT coordination
