About This Role

This role involves working with clients to transform their technology services and operations using ServiceNow. You will partner with CIOs, tech executives, and service owners to create a future-ready operating model, focusing on next-gen tech and new service models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow transformations for clients
  • Deliver next-generation solutions redefining IT service delivery
  • Be involved in strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities
  • Work with the latest technologies and methodologies to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with technology leaders to build IT models suited for new technologies and evolving service expectations
  • Guide clients in developing next-generation technology teams using Agile, DevOps, and Lean methodologies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
  • 1+ full life cycle implementations in ServiceNow
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience and 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
  • Experience with XML and SQL
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience with CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2Pay (S2P) modules
  • Experience with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Now Assist)
  • Experience with grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and UAT coordination
