This role involves executing large-scale workforce planning initiatives, collecting and analyzing workforce data, and forecasting staffing needs. The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst contributes to strategies ensuring the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support large-scale workforce planning projects by executing key initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and delivering status updates and recommendations to leadership
- Perform advanced workforce analytics, incorporating external labor market data and future-of-work insights to guide strategic planning
- Build and refine workforce forecasts and modeling tools aligned with business priorities and industry trends
- Partner with People & Culture, business leaders, Talent Development, and the PMO to coordinate planning efforts and address critical skill gaps
- Contribute to enterprise workforce strategy frameworks and ensure all planning processes comply with organizational policies and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic human resources, workforce planning, organization development, industrial psychology, data science or talent development
- Bachelor's degree
