Senior Test Engineer

About This Role

This role will entail applying advanced technologies to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and systems throughout the engineering development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle
• Generate system test work products by applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools
• Develop test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
• Develop functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
• Design, develop and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field
• 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
• Test program experience including planning, approach, development, review, execution, and close out activities
• Dedication to finding the best engineering solutions with a commitment to process and quality
• Outstanding communication skills for frequent contact with managers, project teams across the company and external customers and vendors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
