About This Role

This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for an AI-startup client. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and extending offers, while collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent for an AI-startup client
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural fit interviews
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Organize and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networking

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates for an AI start-up
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
