Senior Technical Project Manager

About This Role

Coordinate and guide the execution of strategic investment plans and transformation initiatives across Distribution, Substation Automation, Smart Grids, and Digitalization domains. Foster collaboration to ensure process alignment, integration of digital models, and successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the coordination and monitoring of multi-million-dollar capital portfolio projects across operating companies (OpCos), ensuring alignment with CAPEX and RBA targets.
• Lead the execution roadmap for key strategic projects across OpCos, aligning rollout with regulatory goals and operational priorities for timely, scalable, and compliant delivery.
• Design and implement a centralized portfolio tracking framework, including scope definition, progress monitoring, SAP support, procurement, and billing processes.
• Manage supporting contractors for portfolio projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Investment Planning, Projects, P&T, Cybersecurity, Operations, Contract Management, Finance, Control) to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards across the portfolio by collaborating with corporate functions.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contract alignment, and budget tracking, ensuring financial accountability and compliance with corporate procurement standards.
• Lead the review and adaptation of framework agreements to support the evolving needs of the Digital Networks portfolio, strengthening contractor relationships and enhancing forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High level of English proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, Master's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical project management and leadership.
